Resetting your Chubb Network Password on a Mac

 

Chubb will send an email two weeks before password expiration informing you that you need to reset your password in their network systems:


 

Mac users will not be resetting password using the Ctrl-Alt-Del instructions included in the email. Instead, you will need to initiate your password change using the following steps:

  1. Log into VPN on your Chubb issued laptop.
  2. Navigate to the following page in Chrome.

        3. Log in with your Westchester email and current password

        4. Choose “Password” on the left side.

       5. A password change prompt will appear for you to enter your old (current) password and your new password. Click submit when all items are filled in.

There will not be confirmation that the change was successful, you will just see the overview screen. 


** Please note: The password change will be effective immediately for all Chubb applications. This will not change the password to your laptop, nor is further action necessary.
