To use Jamf Connect, FIRST connect to Global VPN; after you can click the JAMF Connect logo. Okta email ID = Aon email address, Okta Password = Current password used to log into VPN.
After you login, you will be asked to choose the authentication method you prefer:
Jamf Connect will be displayed on the top right hand side of your display.
To Change Password:
Connect to GlobalProtect VPN, open Jamf Connect and select Change Password and follow the instructions in the Change Password tool:
Once your password is changed, click the Done button, and Jamf Connect will ask you to connect to Jamf Connect again to complete your password change.
After you login to Jamf Connect again after changing your password, you will be notified that your network and local passwords do not match so please type in your previous password and click Sync.
To Reset Password:
Connect to GlobalProtect VPN, open Jamf Connect and select Reset Password and follow the instructions in the Reset Password tool.
Once your password is reset, click the Done button, and Jamf Connect will ask you to connect again to complete your password change.
After you login to Jamf Connect again after resetting your password, you will be notified that your network and local passwords do not match so please type in your previous password and click Sync.
