When making any changes to our dev environment, from deleting a folder to uninstalling, please follow this formal ticket submission process for purposes of documentation, collaborative workflow and leveraging a searchable database for all our changes.




1. Go to healthypaws.freshdesk.com and choose "New Support Ticket"
 



2.  From the dropdown,  choose "TST Server/Environment Changes" 




3.  Fill out the form completely with all pertinent info, approvals, title and description and submit
