1. Please log onto the Global AppStore using this URL: https://appstore.aon.com/esd. You will be prompted to authenticate using your Okta credentials.
2. If you use multiple machines (Windows and Mac), you will be prompted to select the machine name from the drop down menu, click Submit.
3. If unsure of your machine name, click on the Apple icon (top-left hand side of the screen), then select System Preferences – Sharing. The computer name is listed after Computer Name:
4. When the AppStore opens, select the “Mac Applications” category on the left hand side and the application available for Macs will display in the right hand side of the screen
5. If you need to install multiple applications, you can add them individually to the Shopping Cart by using the “Add to Cart” button or install individual applications with the “Install Now” button. Click on the Shopping Cart on the right-top of the screen to continue.
6. To complete the installation click Me on machine name in the Choose Target and then click the Next button.
8. You will receive an email informing you the request has been received and is being processed and the application will install the next time the Mac checks for policy which is typically 5-10 minutes.
