Instructions for downloading and installing Virtualbox. 

 

WINDOWS ISO

You will need to download Windows ISO in order to complete the Windows instillation portion of VirtualBox. 

 

You can find the ISO download here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO

  • Edition – Windows 10 – confirm
  • Product language – English – confirm
  • Version – 64-bit
  • For Office items you'll need to sign on with your Aon account to access the products.
  • Save in Downloads for later use with VirtualBox install.

 

 

VIRTUAL BOX

On virtualbox.org you will find several informational options to the left. Select the Downloads option:

  • After downloading the following window will appear:

  1. First, click the VirtualBox in step one to continue download
  2. Second, click the applications icon – the applications window will populate, and you can select VirtualBox

09 Opening VirtualBox Settings (Windows 10 Install)

Navigate to the Storage category and click on the empty DVD drive in the Storage Tree. From there, click the small disc icon in “Attributes” to mount an ISO.

10 Add ISO File (Windows 10 Install)

Navigate to your ISO location, and double-click on it. Afterward, just press OK to confirm the changes and exit from VirtualBox Settings. From here you will be able to launch Virtual Box for use.
