Aon has released the network restriction for Aon email and Microsoft Office,  so we can now leverage Outlook Client application on our Macs for our Aon & Healthy Paws email. See steps below.

*Note:  if you currently are not signed in to Outlook App,  please open the app (located in your Applications and titled "Microsoft Outlook"), launch the App and follow the steps to log in.  You will be prompted via an OKTA sign in window,  you'll enter your Aon email and current Aon password (be sure you Aon password is up to date) and follow the prompts to sign into OKTA using your phone.  These are the very same steps you use for connecting to VPN and remember: you need to be maintaining connection/changing your Aon password using  Nomad password manager (*little triangle icon near your VPN icon) DAILY so that your Aon password does not expire.  For those that are already logged into Outlook,  follow the steps below as shown.

Disclaimer:  You must have an active Aon password managed by Nomad and It's recommended to be on the following versions of Mac OS and Outlook at a minimum (If you are not,  please work to update Outlook accordingly.  If you cannot due to being on an older Mac operating system,  please contact us so we can assist in getting your machine current.
