After putting in ticket to Healthy Paws tech support to have your authentication methods reset,  do the following:


On your computer,  log in to iam.aon.com with your required Aon credentials.

*Note,  Even though this site does not require an Aon network connection to access,  you still need valid Aon credentials. If you cannot access iam.aon.com it may be that you need to reset your Aon password.



Once logged in, you should be asked for a phone "push" message that will authenticate you to allow you in to iam.aon.com


From there,  navigate to your Name > Settings



Then choose "Remove"  tab from Okta Verify pane and follow steps to re-add Okta verify.  This will generate a new QR code that your new iPhone or Android can scan with the Okta Verify app
